Event

Tunisian authorities have mandated a five-day quarantine period upon arrival for unvaccinated travelers over the age of 18 as of March 1. These travelers, who may self-isolate at the place of their stay, must also present proof of a negative result from either a PCR test taken less than 48 hours before travel or a rapid lateral flow test administered less than 24 hours before departure for Tunisia. Unvaccinated individuals traveling to Tunisia after taking a rapid lateral flow test must have dated proof of the negative result and an accompanying quick response (QR) code.

Additionally, authorities may subject any arriving traveler over the age of 18 to a random COVID-19 test upon arrival. Individuals testing positive in an on-arrival test must self-isolate for five days; travelers displaying symptoms of COVID-19 infection through the five-day period must continue to isolate for another two days.
