In order to provide and access primary health care services easily, H.E. Dr. Hilal bin Ali bin Hilal Al-Sabti, Minister of Health, issued a ministerial circular on the regulation of working hours in primary healthcare establishments consistent with community needs and the geographic and demographic dimensions of the population.
Therefore, health services and programs will gradually reactivate toward achieving the universal health coverage.
