Cases in eight health care workers and one other patient are linked to a private clinic in San Miguel de Tucumán, WHO spokesperson Tarik Jasarevic said in an email to CNN.
A 10th case, which is linked to the cluster, involves an 81-year-old man with underlying health problems who is hospitalized in serious condition and is on a ventilator, the Tucumán Ministry of Health reported Friday.
